“Submit!” The mere sight of the word (let alone the command to do it!) bothers us. And it doesn’t just bother children and wives. We are all under authority, and if we live in skin, we’ll be called to submit to it. But how can we properly answer authority’s call when we already have another agenda, when we’ve already decided what’s best for us?
